The Series 200 control system has been designed to meet the demanding requirements of large linked amateur and commercial repeater networks.  These controllers support from 1 to 8 full duplex ports including repeaters, links, remote base radios, microwave radios and VOIP/ROIP computer systems.  The modular design allows easy installation, service and upgrades.  Available in 19" rack mount (1-8 ports) and stand alone "cube" configurations (1-3 ports).

tr1a.jpg       TR1 – Transmit / Receive Sequencer

This pogrammable microprocessor controlled transmit / receive sequencer makes sure each event happens in the proper order and with an appropriate delay time.  This is an absolute must at any station using preamplifiers, amplifiers, antenna changeover relays, separate receiver / transmitters, etc.  This is often found in high performance contest environment, VHF/UHF rover stations, microwave contast stations, DXpeditions.  Just about any ham station can take advantage of using a TR sequencer.   The TR1 sequencer provides precise timing control using a powerful microprocessor.  All operating parameters are software configurable and set through the serial port. and saved in the on-board flash memory.

- 2 trigger inputs (active pull to ground)
- 1 input inhibit (optional, active pull to ground) that stops the sequence
- 5 open collector outputs - active pull to ground.  Sinks up to 500 ma.
- 5 SPST high speed reed relays that provide dry contact switching up to 500 ma.  Each relay is driven by one of the 5 outputs
- Sequence timing is set via serial interface from the computer.
- Individual turn on and turn off delays between each output event.
- Output delay is programmable from 1 to 5000 milliseconds.
- All configuration parameters stored in on-board flash memory
- 4 Analog inputs that can measure a DC voltage from 0 - 30 VDC in 0.1 v increments.
- LEDs on all outputs to monitor output state
- Status LED tells you that the unit is in operation
- Built in RS485 serial network running on standard CAT5 cable for multi unit installation (contest stations)
- Power over CAT5 cable to allow remote location / remote control from the PC graphic user interface

SC1 Station Controller and "Do-It-Yourself" Project Page

The SC1 Station Controller, based on the TR1 board with custom firmware, makes a great platform for building up your own
custom ham radio station accessory project.  You can use the SC1 board and built in firmware to develop your own station
control appllications and control them from your PC.  You can also develop your own firmware and use the SC1 hardware
board as a base.  Your imagination is the limit.  Check out the DIY page.
